Minoxidil Spray

Minoxidil topical spray is the most-used medication for men experiencing mild hair loss, with early signs of a receding hairline or thinning crown.

This plan is suitable for men aged 18-65 years.

The recommended dose is to spray 1ml/10 pumps twice-a-day – ideally in the morning and evening. Your hair and scalp must be dry when applying the spray. Spread the solution across the treatment area using your fingertips, then wash your hands.

Returns

We understand that there may, on occasion, be times where you wish to return an order that you have received from us. We aim to make the returns process as easy as possible for our customers.

For Non-Medicinal Products, like our shampoo for example, these must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the product being returned does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.

For Medicines/Prescription products, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund as these are pharmaceutical products and by law, they must be used or destroyed once dispatched from the pharmacy.

How does Minoxidil work?

Minoxidil works by increasing blood flow and oxygen to your scalp, which helps to reinvigorate hair follicles that have been damaged by an over-production of the hormone DHT. DHT causes miniaturisation to hair follicles, which eventually leads to reduced blood flow and a lack of nutrients being delivered to the scalp. Using Minoxidil consistently provides a helping hand to your follicles, especially when used with other parts of our treatment plans.

How long does it take to work?

Minoxidil will get to work immediately after your first application. It can take around three months before you notice visible changes to your hairline. After nine months, Minoxidil should be working at its peak. The key to all of our treatments is consistent use - Minoxidil itself needs to be applied twice a day to those thinning areas on your scalp in order to produce results.

Is Minoxidil harmful to pets?

Minoxidil is toxic to cats and dogs when ingested or absorbed through the skin. Even small amounts can pose serious health risks to pets. There is no known “safe” quantity for exposure, as even minimal contact can be harmful.

We recommend restricting your pet's access to areas where Minoxidil is applied. Avoid allowing your cat into rooms or on furniture that might have been exposed to the product, and be particularly cautious with bed linens, clothing, or surfaces where you may have used Minoxidil. Additionally, take care with loose hair or objects that may have come into contact with the product.
